SHIPPING POLICY

Most product shippings cost are free of charge listed in our website. Upon confirmation of payment your items will be processed to leave the warehouse for shipment within 2 business days. A tracking number will be issued to the email you registered with. It takes about 14 to 30 days from the day that you make the payment to deliver the products to the shipping address that you have provided, but can take longer from time to time. We ship our products worldwide using standard shipping method. We work with fulfillment services to ship our product. A fulfillment service is a third-party warehouse that prepares and ships our orders for us. So when you place an order, the fulfillment service ships our product directly to your address. Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in certain products.

 

We have the right to cancel any orders containing your shipping information that is invalid or not in English. If an order that you placed containing invalid shipping information, or shipping information that is not in English, is shipped but is unable to be delivered to you, such order delivery failure will be deemed your fault and you will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment.

 

You must ensure that you provide accurate telephone details when you make orders. We have the right to cancel any orders where you fail to provide this information. Moreover, if you fail to provide such information and we are unable to deliver the product(s) to you, the delivery failure will be deemed your fault and you will not be eligible for a refund or order re-shipment.
